I have recently had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face by Dr Ali, done using the Mohs surgery technique. The standard of surgical work was excellent, and despite the BCC being in a very tricky location, six months on, the scar is hardly visible. Dr Ali’s surgical team who were very professional and put me at ease. At the top of their game!
Dr Ali was so helpful and attentive, the procedure he carried out for me he did with great care and kept me informed of what he was doing. Also Dr Ali took time to explain to me in detail how best to care for myself after the procedure.
I spent a day with Professor Ali and his staff having a procedure to remove skin cancer from my temple. It was removed in stages so as to minimise scarring. A small piece of skin was removed each time, then analysed. This happened 3 times throughout the day until all the cancerous skin had been removed. The wound was then neatly stitched by Professor Ali and I was allowed home. Throughout the whole procedure Professor Ali kept me informed and reassured me of what was happening and answered any questions I had. He is a very pleasant, approachable man as are all the nurses and staff I encountered during my procedure. I would highly recommend him.
