I had a small freckle removed and sent for biopsy by Dr Ali and his lovely nurse. Dr Ali explained fully what he was going to do in a very warm and professional manner. His lovely assistant was so kind when the injection was going in and gave me her hand to squeeze, I must add the injection was relatively pain free!
